CLASS FEE

Full payment is required upon booking to confirm your slot.

CANCELLATION

If you cannot make your class or workshop, we ask you to first consider rescheduling or finding a replacement participant for your session. If this is not possible, please read carefully below for our cancellation policies.

• 100% full refunded with at least 4 days notice prior to the class. (Free rescheduling or Fully Refundable)

• We can offer studio/ shop credit if notified 2 says prior your class (Free rescheduling or Partial refund (10% fee) to cancel)

• No refund will be given without notification 24 hours prior to the class. (No-Show)

• If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours before the class even with notification, you will be charged a fee. (50% for cancellation & 10 % fee for rescheduling)

CANCELLED CLASS BY MAISON METISSE

You will be notified as soon as possible and rescheduled for a mutually convenient time. In case of inclement weather, the studio may be closed without notice.

Maison Métisse is not responsible for any projects or personal items lost.
